Little Red Riding Hood is a fast paced two-hander where Grandma’s house makes funny noises and there is dangerous anticipation of big hungry wolves that might swallow you down in one gulp. Set in a secluded forest and featuring a whiskery Grandma, special pies and smelly fur coats, this production is ideal for children over 4 years old and great fun for grown-ups.

Little Red Riding Hood is written by Olivier award-winning Mike Kenny with original songs by Simon Slater. The production is directed by  Owen Calvert-Lyons and stars Lorna Jinks and Peter Hoggart.

Lorna Jinks trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Her theatre credits include performances at the Pleasance and Tristan Bates Theatres, and as Nurse Audrey in the BBC drama The Best of Men. Peter Hoggart’s theatre work includes: 1001 Nights (The Queen’s Theatre, Hornchurch), Stop! You’re Killing Me! (Soho Theatre), A Fistful of Spaghetti (Leicester Square Theatre).

Director Owen Calvert-Lyons was nominated for Best Director Off West End Award for I am a Camera (Cornelius Cook).
